Job Title: Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Reports to: Associate Mgr. Engineering

Location: Shanghai

Role and Responsibilities：

As a key member of Asia R&D Hub engineering team, you will be responsible for design and development of new leading technology/product, to improve & enhance tank trims /platform components category competitive competency, meanwhile also be in charge of production tooling development to support NPD PPAP/OTS, its primary responsibility for:

? Marketing survey & Customer Voice to identify any potential technology needs

? Competitors products benchmark to dig out improved technology requirement

? Support ceramic platform advanced development in tank trims/application

? Build up & Rolling change technical 3~5 years roadmap, link with marketing PM to finalize the future related NPD roadmap

? Work internally & externally to develop new tank trims, to support new product launch in schedule by wave plan

? Design to Cost, provide competitive cost solution with high quality

? Design to manufacturing, to ensure high production yield

? Driving technology & platform standardization & synergy in region/global level

? Work with Proc. & SQE for supplier audit/approval

? Drive innovate mfg. way to improve the production efficiency

? Mold development to get higher quality, higher productivity and reasonable cost

? DFM/Mold-flow analysis for key parts, include metal, plastic, rubber, metal etc… to support part/product development

? Physical mold management like traceability

Requirements and/or Advantages:

? Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical Engineering or Industry Engineering

? Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Pro-E/Creo

? Mold-flow/DFM analysis is preferred

? Well understand Asia VC product marketing trend and needs, vs. key competitor

? Well understand tank trims industry norms/standards

? Be family in OEM/ODM NPD process

? With at least 6+ years in experience in engineering development

? Well project management skill is preferred

? Strong communication skills & English skill preferred

? Drive projects aggressively

? Working with passion
