此职位需要英语口语交流能力,能接待外国进店客人,能独立完成接待和售后。
该职位每年去海外总部培训交流一次,英语不好者不要申请。
Mission 任务
To ensure a profitable and ‘BoConceptual’ store. Profitable by ensuring the best possible sales and keeping cost at an optimal level. ‘BoConceptual’ by following the concept and the best practice of running a BoConcept Brand store.

Main Responsibilities (Tasks & Roles) 主要职责
Sales & Staff Management
销售及团队管理
working together with HR, Line Manager, to recruiting store team Sales Person - Sales Associates in store, according to the headcount budget set by line manager。
与HR,销售经理合作,根据预算招聘到合适的门店销售人选。
Manage the monthly working time table to ensure enough and suitable manpower for work, especially during peak hours.
负责管理月度考勤及排班,确保在高峰时期充足的销售人力要求。
Calculate, make and check monthly commission form and hand over it to line manager
准确计算月度奖金报表并提交给到直属经理
Verify and approve the leave application form from store team
做好团队的休假管理
Execute shop staff on-going training (products, sales order, service, in-store display, etc. and other retail operations) and KPI conversation with team
不断的与门店销售进行带教培训(产品,销售订单,服务,陈列及其他零售运营等)并与团队成员就销量达成和绩效考核进行沟通
Reach/exceed monthly Sales Target (Net Order Entry amount)
达到/超额完成月度销售指标(OE)
Business develop and negotiation skills both in B2B and B2C business
拥有在B2B和B2C中不同的谈判技巧和业务发展能力
Responsible for new staff training & appraisal of probation
负责新员工培训及试用期评估
Train staff product knowledge, product maintenance knowledge and selling skill, quotation follow up at regular intervals to ensure all shop staff are well armed.
培训员工产品知识、产品维护知识和销售技能,定期报价跟进,以确保所有的店员都能够熟练操作。
Build up a harmony, happy, positive and target-oriented working atmosphere and be able to be an easy-going, reliable leader in the shop.
建立一个和谐,愉悦,积极,目标导向的工作氛围并能够成为一名可靠的领导者。
Hold weekly meeting, morning meeting, noon shift meeting and evening shit meeting to share sales performance vs target, company news and action plan for follow-up quotation.
举行周会,早会等定期不定期会议来分享公司信息及销售举措,内部分享,帮助销售员工提升绩效
Ensure all shop staff work/behaviour are in accordance with Code of Conduct of BoConcept

Sales service, VM maintenance
销售服务,视觉陈列维护
Sell according to 5 processes of selling and provide BoConcept service.
根据销售五步法提供销售及服务
Able to be expert of product knowledge and to apply it into reality.
拥有专业的产品知识并能运用于实际
Ensure setting up and maintenance for the store visual and decoration is presentable in all times.
确保店铺陈列装饰在任何时间符合要求
Ensure daily VM check to maintain the shop image.
维护门店每日陈列要求
Replenish products to maintain and adjust VM.
根据产品的补充适当的维护并调整陈列。
Conduct the shop show room planning as required with the help of VM person
根据视觉陈列师的要求进行店铺展示空间的规划
Pay attention to sales report, analyse the reason why good or bad and plot action plan to achieve the target.
时刻关注销售报表,进行销售分析并提供相应的行动方案来达成目标。
Analyse the traffic, hit rate and basket size and make action plan to improve those KPI.
分析客流,转换率和客单价,并想办法来提高KPI
Provide good after-sales service. Manage the after-sales claim and follow up the claims until it is settled by AS team.
提供良好的售后服务。管理并跟进直到被售后部门处理。
Order, delivery, stock, finance related management
订单,发货,库存,财务管理
Pay much attention to to-check-delivery date, over-delivery date goods.
注意检查交货日期及超期交货商品
Analyse the sell-through of samples displayed in each studio and in the warehouse and make action.
分析每个展厅和仓库样品的销售情况并提供解决方案
strictly operate and follow up the delivery in AX.
准确的在AX系统上操作下单并跟进交货
Regular stock inspection as required by company.
根据公司要求进行库存盘点
Cost control of product damage, materials and consumable goods like stationary, bags, bottles, plants etc.
控制物料成本及耗损率
Protect fixed assets like screen, computer and product samples in shop.
保护门店的固定资产如电脑,产品样品

Requirement for this role:
Experience/Education Required 任职资格
Collage or above
大专及以上学历
3 years more for shop sales, 2 years more for SM, international brand is preferable.
3年以上的门店销售经验,2年以上的门店店长经验,国际品牌优先
Knowledge: Product knowledge, interior designing for furniture combination/match
产品知识,室内设计经验
English is a must to have,office software,retail shop operation management, motivation and training
