一、专业职能:

项目采购：

1. 根据任务的角色描述，参与指定客户项目的核心团队成员采购(CS / EKP)或支持项目的核心团队成员

2. 从预项目阶段（PLS询价）到6月的SOP对采购件的监督

3.考虑到价格、质量、时间进度和技术规范，对新系统部件的采购（BOM材料）、模具、快速成型件和样品

4.制作关于计划的材料需求、项目的采购季节、目前支出和交付状态的报告

5.采购件相关的信息和零件监控的进行内外说明

6. 从项目起始阶段从6个月的SOP阶段，保证采购件的性能

7.保证客户和项目指导书和物流方法和需要

8.与供应商定期地联络、确保高质量的信息、识别项目优化和合理化的潜力

9.支出和参与采购流程的未来发展

供应商开发或调研：

1.对供应商进行中国区和亚洲区域内的市场调研、观察技术发展趋势

2.参与供应商调研、开发和资质选择（包括供应商汇集活动、识别和预选）

3.为初期评估，根据开发流程与供应商见面

4.支持供应商审计工作

5.询价、评估报价

批量采购：

1.确保采购件从六个月的SOP到使用寿命的性能

2.采购原材料，包括根据策略对供应商进行调整

3.根据业务计划与供应商进行年度价格谈判

4.对采购件进行价格比对

5.供应商的能力管理

6.积极参与量产阶段从SOP到使用寿命阶段供应商的开发

7.市场调研

8.创新管理

9.制作RfQ

投资采购：

10.进行相关市场的市场调研

11.为设备和机器实行RfQ

12.为投资的设备和MRO材料确定供应商

13.与供应就价格、付款方式、运输方式和交期进行谈判

14.准备合同和PO

二、专业要求：

1.机械工程、电子工程、工商管理或其他相关专业本科学历

2.有技术采购实际的工作经验

3.熟悉供应商调研和供应商开发

4.有汽车行业项目经验

5.多年采购经验，熟悉最新的采购方法

6.有汽车行业供应商开发和质量管理程序(APQP, PPAP 等)经验

7.生产工序相关经验

8.熟练应用ERP系统

Technical Tasks：

Project Purchasing：

1.Take part as project core team member purchasing (CS/EKP) or as support function to project core team member, for defined customer projects, according to tasks in role descriptions.

2.Supervise purchased parts from pre project phase (PLS-Inquiries) until 6 month SOP.

3.Purchase of new system components (BOM materials), tooling, prototypes and samples in regards to price, quality, time schedule and technical specifications.

4.Generate regular reports on planned materials requirement, details of purchases in project, current expenditures and delivery status.

5.Internal and external clarification of purchase parts related topics and parts monitoring.

6.Ensure purchase parts performance during project ramp up phase until 6 month SOP.

7.Ensure customer- and project specific guidelines, as well as logistical methods and requirements.

8.Keep in regular contact with suppliers and ensure a high quality of information. Identify potentials for optimization and rationalization in the project.

9.Support and participate in the further development of the purchasing process.

Supplier Sourcing:

1.Market research for suppliers in China and Asia. Observe technology trends.

2.Participate in supplier sourcing,-development and-qualification (this includes supplier pooling activities, identification and pre selection of suppliers).

3.Supplier visits according to sourcing process, for initial assessment.

4.Support supplier audits.

5.Conduct inquiries and evaluate quotations.

Series Purchasing:

1.Ensure purchase part performance after 6 month SOP up to end of life.

2.Purchase of raw materials, including the alignment of suppliers according to strategy.

3.Annual price negotiations with suppliers, according to business plan.

4.Conduct price comparisons of purchased parts.

5.Capacity management of suppliers.

6.Play an active role in supplier development during series production, from SOP to end of life.

7.Market research.

8.Innovation management

9.Make RfQ.

Investment purchasing:

10.Conduct market research in the relevant markets.

11.Perform RfQ for equipment and machinery.

12.Define suppliers for investment equipment and MRO materials.

13.Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, payment terms, shipment terms and delivery schedules.

14.Prepare contracts and PO.

Functional Qualifications:

1.University degree in either mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, business administration or comparable.

2.Practical experience in technical purchasing

3.Supplier sourcing & Supplier Development knowledge.

4.Project experience in Automotive.

5.Several years of experience in purchasing; knowledge of modern purchasing tools.

6.Automotive experience with supplier development, quality procedures (APQP, PPAP etc.)

7.Relevant experience in production processes.

8.Knowledge of ERP Systems
