工作职责：

• 根据公司的战略目标和品牌定位，负责公司全面的经营管理，包括但不限于销售，市场，运营，人员及KPI管理，财务管理等，确保达到年度销售/利润目标，实现公司可持续、高速发展战略；
• 制定企业阶段性发展目标，在公司财务预算内达成高速增长；
• 制定企业财务预算，控制运营成本；
• 组建积极、高效、创新的人才团队，建立内部绩效考核激励机制，营造积极向上的企业文化及工作氛围，从而提高团队工作人效；
• 秉承尊重、开放、共赢、直接沟通的原则，与集团内其他项目公司内部分享经验与资源。

任职要求：

• 具有互联网休闲食品工作经验者优先；有团队管理及创业经验者优先；
• 具有创业精神与激情，结果导向，积极务实，全身心投入工作；本科及以上学历，有同类产品、营销、相关行业销售背景优先；
• 善于制定企业发展的战略并具备把握企业发展全局的能力；
• 具有较强的商务谈判能力，以及高效的执行力；
• 具有出色的领导能力与沟通能力，组织公关与协调能力、分析与决断能力；
• 具有敏锐的观察判断力，善于捕捉市场机会并转化为企业机会。
