Job responsibilities:

• Prepare/update cashflow forecast for China entities on a weekly basis
• Prepare/consolidate various treasury reports for China entities on a regular basis
• Manage bank account balances of China entities, and fund the accounts as needed
• Execute inter-company loan borrowing and repayment, including documentation preparation, for China entities, through onshore pooling structures
• Execute cross-border CNY pooling and offshore lending transactions
• Work with banks to secure credit facilities and to meet financing needs, such as bank guarantee and documentary L/C, for China entities
• Book FX conversions through e-platform on behalf of entities in the region
• Process weekly sweeping between regional entities and in-house bank
• Carry out daily administration in e-banking platforms and treasury management system of Kyriba for entities in the region
• In charge of bank account related administrative tasks, including but not limited to bank account opening/closing/review, and bank account authorization matrix setup/update
• Handle various applications and reporting to SAFE/PBOC
• Execute repatriations, including but not limited to dividend and royalty, for entities in China, as instructed by regional treasurer

 Job Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree with major in Finance/accounting  
• More than 5 years working experience in MNC treasury or corporate banking experience is preferred  
• Good English skills both in written and oral  
• Good communication skill with colleagues and other stakeholders  
• Familiarity with various PBOC and SAFE regulations is a plus  
• Kyriba experience is a plus  
• Self initiated and willing to work under pressure and with stakeholders, both internal and external
