职位描述

Segment Manager – Food & beverage


Location: Shanghai

Report to: General Manager

Subordinates: 3

  

Mission:   

Leads and develops food&beverage segment as a profitable fast growing business sector, to establish ACO as the leading drainage supplier.   

Applications in the Segment consists food, beverage and industrial and commercial kitchen.

   

Responsibilities:

 Business strategy and planning  

  • Identify market opportunities and create of suitable strategy for entrusted segment.

  • Develop depth understanding of the laws, norms, industrial standards;

  • Monitor market condition and competition developments and ensure adaption reflected to the strategy.

  • Closely work with supply chain management to ensure aligned supply strategy supports the overall segment business strategy and success.

  • Develop annual budgets and periodical forecase


Product management  

  • Establish depth understanding and knowledge of the company offering and supply chain capability.

  • Actively collect and understand customer demands

  • Forms and maintains portfolio strategy and product plans.      

  • Ensure product data and information, knowledge are well organized and provided to the employee who has need.


Marketing communication      

  • Actively collect, evaluate marketing communication channels and platforms.

  • Closely work with marketing function to form and execute marketing communication strategy and plans.

  • Identify potential valuable partners and establish effective operations.

  • Be the ACO ambassador and speak-*** for the responsible segment.

 

Leadership  

  • Lead the F&B team to execute and business plan and deliver result

  • Identify and fulfill team development needs

  • Organize activities and tasks ensure highly performing team

  • Coordinate with other department or functions to ensure effective cross functional cooperation


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above, MBA will be a plus.
  • Competence:

    • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, be alert with market dynamics

    • Skills of budgeting and planning

    • Demonstrates strong leadership, demands for action and result, provide support, problem solving skills.

    • Good at communication at different levels, good interpersonal skill.

  • Personal:

    • Having open mind, willing to learn, Be a quick learner

    • Humble, integrity, enthusiasm, persistent

    • Entrepreneur, critical thinking.

  • Language skills: mandarin is basic, Fluent English speaking is must.

  • Be willing to travel frequently.

  • Experience

    • Experience with Food safety will be plus
