What you will do:

你将要：

1. Manage internal logistic including warehousing, finish goods storage, internal transportation and loading daily operations and development

2. Responsible for capacity & workload plan and management for loading and warehousing, follow progress for on time delivery project orders

3. Responsible for dept process development, productivity improvement

4. Cost control for dept overhead expenses like tools and consumable

5. Logistic and loading subcontractor management to ensure good safety and quality in daily operation

6. Define and manage KPIs of internal logistic, update and report regularly

7. Close working with planning, preassembly, surface treatment & packing for process and material flow development to continuous improve the short delivery to site.

8. LEAN implementation like pull production, 5S and visual management

9. Manage warehouse daily operations and development;Ensure warehouse stock accuracy and facilities in good situation

10. Verify the correctness of all kinds of warehouse activities, including the Move In/Out for Raw material, Component, and finished goods storage and location management

11. Ensure related operative & strategic targets setup by company are achieved by well-organized team work

12. Manage and develop human resources of team and ensure target level of capability and skills are reached

What should you bring along?

1. Capability to work in matrix organization

2. High reliability and development oriented, good leadership and management skills

3. Good communication in English and Chinese languages

4. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering or other relevant professional

5. Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 and OHSAS18001

6. 5+ year management like planning, logistic, warehousing or production related 7. Strong consciousness of learning new technology

8. Have good communication and coordination ability

9. Working experience in the process of ERP will be a plus, has Microsoft software capability

10. Paper making experience will be a plus

11. Lean production experience will be a plus
