For more than 20 years, Amrop China has been well established in China with 4 offices in China: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. We work for a wide variety of international and local companies, NGOs and government bodies.

To strengthen our Research Team, we are looking for a Research Associate based in Shanghai, to support the Amrop China team.

Opportunity:

• Perform precise and focused market research on a wide range of industries and executives
• Support proactively to consultants in executive search and leadership consulting assignments
• Develop professional judgement in matching best suited executives for our clients, and knowledge of leadership consultancy
• Participate in strategic business development projects
• Contribute to database and on-line platform development
• Build solid and trustworthy relationships with executives and clients together with our consultants
• Develop insight from updated business knowledge in a wide range of industries
• Build connection with professionals in other Amrop offices over the world

Profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
• 1-3 years of working experience from a market research / advisory / recruitment industry, with client facing exposure
• Experience in China Market
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
