Main Tasks：

l  Account receivable: issue Fapiao to clients,liaison with key client and push some overdue collection, un-billing report producing, collection report producing

l  Account payable: supplier payments/relationship management, review all vendors’ invoices(Local and overseas), finalize cost report.

l  Operational cost calculation and invoice Vienna for local cost

l  Check payment request/ staff claims and arrange payments (local vendor/staff and overseas payment)

l  Collect all supporting documents &Fapiao to accounting agency by month

l  Maintain the financial module in ERP system , including confirmed order, incoming invoices and outgoing invoices

l  Co-operate leader to finish annual auditing by PWC

l  Other financial tasks leader assigns

Requirement:

University graduate with a degree in Finance

1 or 2 years of working experience within a similar function, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry

Proficient in using Excel and Power Point

Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus

Experience in forwarding ERP operation is preferred

Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin & English

Flexible and pragmatic

As a member of RZDL group FELB is specialized in transporting containers from the Far East (China, South Korea and Japan) to Russia/Europe and vice versa using the Trans-Siberian railway connection. Our clients can gain significant financial advantages from the short transit time of 12–22 days. 70% of all cargo crossing the Chinese–Russian border via Manzhouli and Zabaykalsk is transported under management from FELB.
FELB is so far the only company running China Europe transit train in daily basis, and the only one running both east bound and west train in a balanced volume.
