WHO YOU ARE
Proven training in information technology, computer science or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience in information security operations or management,
• preferably in a global company
• Demonstrable experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Demonstrable experience in implementing business policies to support best practice in information security
• Experience with leading in change
• Proven experience in implementing information security in an organisation
• Experience in security related technical areas such as, programming, security analysis and networking.
• Deep understanding of China cyber security laws and related regulations (prefer with deep knowledge of Multi-level Protection Scheme (MLPS), Cloud security assessment)
• Broad understanding of how information security measures mitigate business and Information Risks
• Good knowledge of and proven experience of Standards, legislation and regulation relating to information security
• Good knowledge of and proven experience of Risk management process, performing risk assessments and to advise and support mitigating actions
• Good understanding of how the organization perceives and are affected by information security measures in working processes and IT systems.
• Understanding of IT, IT processes and IT systems.
• Broad understanding of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA Culture & Values

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Keep track on Cyber security related regulations and laws requirements and interpret the requirement on IT to ensure compliance
• Manage the cyber security compliance requirement master file, updating the file in accordance to domestic China legislation and Ingka cyber security standards
• Allocate cyber security compliance requirements to the appropriate IT business functions and support those stakeholders in understanding relevant requirements
• Support IT solutions and operations both globally and locally in conducting assessments to identify the overall impact on IT setup based on cyber security compliance requirements, and propose actions to close any cyber security compliance gaps
• Be the speaking partner with IT stakeholders in order to support them to find appropriate technical implementation alternatives so as to fulfil cyber compliance requirements
• Facilitate the cyber compliance committee meeting to secure a validate control on compliance
• Be the check point to secure the compliance on purchasing key security product
• Responsible to establish the 3rd party vendor compliance review process and conduct compliance review on needed basis
