主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

• 负责校区餐饮的日常管理及和活动特殊餐饮的配合，审核学生菜单，巡视午餐和点心的供应和准备情况，定期检查厨房和餐厅的卫生情况，并做好记录。

Daily management of school catering service on campus and event catering arrangement: including menu review, daily snacks and lunch prepare checking, canteen and kitchen safety inspection.

• 负责校内活动的后勤布置工作：包括场馆的布置，点心茶水的准备等，与各功能委员会老师保持密切沟通，以确保各项活动按照需求者的要求布置。

Responsible for the logistics set up of school activities: including the set up of venues, snack and tea preparation. Maintain close communication with the functional Committee teachers to ensure that the activities are well arranged.

• 负责协调安排校内的各项搬运配合工作：根据教学和活动的需要，协调相关的搬运工作。

Responsible for arranging the work of movers according to the needs.

• 负责每日对校内进行常规巡视和突发的应急清洁和消毒工作的安排，确保校内的清洁和安全，并做好巡视记录。

Responsible for regular routine inspections and emergency cleaning and disinfection work on campus, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the school, and making good inspection records.

• 负责运营管理日常通告和部门相关文书的拟定和翻译 

Responsible for Operations Bulletin, translation and documentation of GS documents

• 负责校内备用钥匙的管理。

Responsible for campus key management.

• 协助总务主管进行日常文具和供应品的采购申请和发放。

Assist the supervisor of General Services in purchasing application and distribution daily stationery and supplies.

• 完成上级布置的其它工作。

Performs other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

  

职位要求 Job requirements:

1. 本科以上学历；

2. 2-3年的行政、客服或酒店行业工作经验优先；有学校行政、总务工作经验者优先；

3. 良好的双语沟通能力；

4. 良好的沟通技巧及服务意识；较高的团队合作意识；

5. 良好的多任务处理能力及良好的抗压性。
