工作职责：

Job Responsibilities

- Comply with company EHSS policy and compliance regulations
- Manage and grow WL sales in dedicated region, including distribution channel management and possible direct customers
- To analyses markets, trends, competitors, business potentials, risks, etc. with good reporting in responsible region
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in responsible region to business team, work with marketing and DM to set up qualified/effective channel
- Work closely with marketing team to define promotional strategy and support on marketing campaign
- To provide rolling forecast and communicate closely with internal functions to balance stock/sales
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager related to sales, customers and market situation.

 

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management
- At least 3 years sales and marketing experience in construction sealant, or adhesives or other construction related industry
- Distribution channel and account management skills, target oriented
- Strong commitment to sales, excellent market sense, Analytical strategic thinking
- Independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills Fluent English skill both written and speaking
- Good command of IT tools (MS Office, email, Internet)  
- Willing to frequently travel
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Communication skills and cross functional cooperation skills.
