岗位技能要求：

1. 工作时间灵活，可以接受3班倒，周末可以加班或调休
2. 具有良好的机械和电气设备维护维修技能。
3. 具有比较强的动手能力。
4. 自动化及PLC相关知识
5. 有LCIA,精益工作经验优先考虑
6. 能够看懂图纸，会基本的CAD制图
7. 较好的学习能力，能够快速掌握新的事实和流程。
8. 会使用Microsoft office (XLS, PPT等)
9. 具有团队合作精神，具有良好的团队沟通能力。
10. 工作积极主动，有责任心，能够独立工作。

岗位职责要求：

1. 配合生产需要及时完成维修和维护工作
2. 配合生产需求安排工作时间
3. 提出改善设备利用率、效率和成本的建议。
4. 遵守工厂规章制度
5. 完成设备维护维修文件记录
6. 协助部门经理完成其他需要完成的工作。
