Job Description:

1.负责指定货的订舱，接受海外代理询价并提供报价。

Communication with overseas offices and follow up pricing with overseas routing order shpt instruction.

2.负责海外代理的关系维护, 负责货物进程跟踪并及时反馈。

Maintain good communication with overseas offices, make sure correct guidance / information to the customers, and coordinate upon receiving correct goods / docs information.

3.负责市场行情的获取与收集; 与供应商平台保持良好沟通。

Good communication with internal/external colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. i.e. SOP, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities.

4.熟悉华北空运市场，自带空运供应商平台者优先。

Familiar with Northern China market, priority with co-loaders service providers.

5.三年及以上空运海外客服/操作经验。

At least 3-year experience in the same industry.

6.有良好的服务意识，责任心强, 能承受高节奏的工作状态。

Hard working, responsible, good team player and can work under pressure.

7. 相关专业大专及以上学历

College degree or above major in Logistics, or relevant industry.

8. 流利的英语口语和书写能力， 英文4级以上。

Fluent in both spoken and written English, CET-4 or above.
