根据部门职能，主管要求，制定、监督、完成团队专项工作目标。根据业务，计划生产要求，确保生产计划所需物料及时足量供应，根据需要变化要求采购提前或者延迟交货，满足生产需求的同时，维持最低的库存。Based on department function, build, supervise, complete team project working target. Control direct and/or indirect materials supply fulfillment according to purchasing plan and request. In accordance with the demand by PC and Sales, efforts are made to get the materials ready for the production. When the production schedules are changed, reschedule for the materials supply should be spread to the buyers so that they can pull the schedule in or push it out accordingly. By doing these, the production can go well with the minimum backlog.

1. 采购订单的制作和发放，确保所负责物料的及时供应； 

Release purchase order to supplier timely and pull in materials as demand; 

2. 配合计划部门做好库存管理控制； 

Support planing to do inventory control and stock turnover rate improvement; 

3. 供应商发票追踪与处理及供应商管理； 

To handle and follow up AP and supplier management; 

4. 配合相关部门解决物料质量问题并确保供应商及时解决； 

Resolve quality issues with related departments to ensure the suppliers take corrective actions; 

5. 紧急物料的跟踪解决； 

Follow-up critical materials delivery; 

6. 积极配合主管和经理分配的其他工作； 

7. Assist with great self-motion other issues by supervisor and manager assigned; 

1. 与内部业务，计划，Sourcing, 品质等各部门保持良好的沟通协调； 

Keep good communication with CC, planner, sourcing, quality and other internal departments; 

2. 与供应商，部门内员工保持有效及时的沟通； 

Keep good communication with suppliers, team members with efficiency and timely; 

1. 配合计划做好退市产品呆料库存与订单处理； 

Coordinate with planner to deal with the EOL projects with excess orders and stock 

2. 积极配合主管分配的其他工作； 

Assist purchasing supervisor to assigned other works

专科(含)及以上学历，物流、国际贸易等相关专业 

College or above, major in Logistic, SCM, International Trade, etc. 

二年或以上相关工作经验，有EMS工作经验优先 

2 years working experience or more, experience in EMS is preferred 

CET 4 

熟悉采购业务流程及供应商管理技能 

Familiar with purchasing procedure and supplier management skills 

良好的沟通谈判能力，英语表达能力，抗压性佳 

Good Communication, negotiation and coordination skills, sufficient in English both written & oral, can work under pressure;

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
