任职资格  
1.专科以上学历，机械电气、自动化等相关专业优先;
 2.两到三年以上工业产品终端直销经验，有欧美品牌销售经历者优先；
  3.具有较强的表达沟能能力，通晓业务流程，能做好客户关系维护、项目跟进、商务谈判、货款催收，具备独立的客户跟踪及订单处理能力、售后服务能力；
  4.诚实，上进，具有良好的销售和市场意识；
  5.健康，抗压性强, 较强的团队合作精神和学习能力；
  6.良好的英语应用能力
  7.能够适应经常出差; 
  8.***，销售岗收入按底薪加提成模式
 

岗位职责
  1.根据业务分区划分拜访相关客户，积极发掘引导客户采购需求，分析判断客户购买意向,建立客户关系，促成定单,实现销售目标; 
  2. 积极建立巩固与现有客户及潜在客户的良好关系，定期上门拜访，了解需求情况，完善售后服务; 
  3.观察市场及其发展,收集市场信息；
  4.定期到总部汇报工作情况及参加产品培训；
  5.良好的学习能力，可持续不断学习新产品知识;
  6.进行合同谈判,计算报价及订单统计,跟进每月的销售与回款；
  7.处理上级交办的其他职责；
