岗位职责：

1. 独立负责开发新客户，深度了解客户业务需求，完成销售业绩目标；

2.独立负责开发现有客户或原有客户的新项目；

3.维护好现有客户、原有客户及潜在客户的客户关系；

4. 独立负责标准设备的销售方案、报价单、报价方案、竞标文件、销售合同等相关事项撰写及准备；和工程部合作（国内和德国总部），在获得国外技术支持的条件下完成销售方案、报价单、报价方案、竞标文件、销售合同等相关事项撰写及准备工作；

5.深入到项目团队中，帮助项目团队更好理解客户需求，同时向客户答疑解惑；

6. 负责宫廷式CRM系统的搭建，并不定时按照公司要求参加公司销售会议、月度销售报告、季度销售小结和年度销售报告；

7.落实销售后的回款和质保金的回收；并妥善处理客户争议等后续事项；

8.完成公司交待的其他任务、如协助市场开发、会展和大项目团队作战等。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及本科以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料学等理工科相关专业毕业，985或211院校优先考虑；

2、 3年以上销售、市场相关工作经验，有振动输送、筛分、流化床、输送系统、散料处理等相关设备销售经验者优秀考虑；

3、 对中国化工、制药、食品行业发展有很好的认知和敏锐的商业头脑；

4、 沟通表达优秀，语言组织能力优秀，善于灵活应变；

5、 德才兼备，认同企业价值观、遵守公司的各项规章制度，遵纪守法；

6、 能用英语进行听、说、读、写无障碍汇报及交流；

7、 需要不定期出差、不定时出差；

8、 性别不限。
