NPI phase

·         Cooperating with product development team from Milestone Ill from the aspects of assembly, process, and quality targets

·         Contributing the experience in DFMEA/PFMEA

·         Initiating the transition with Project Leader from Milestone V

Product modification process

·         Leading the ECN team (engineering, quality, SQM, procurement, logistic, planning and production etc.) for the series production

·         Planning the steps in the individual points for modification

·         Prioritization of modification activities

·         Working with Wuppertal team to speed up the modification approval process

Continuous improvement process

·         Being the contact person for the feedback from the internal and external customers

·         Leading the debugging and troubleshooting of quality and technical issues

·         Coordinating relevant parties to achieve efficiency targets from process, labor, logistic and procurement aspects

·         Driving the responsible persons for the issue closure in timely manner

Requirement:

·         Bachelor Degree, technical background is a must;

·         Be familiar with Vorwerk products requirement;

·         Strong sense of responsibility and collaboration;

·         Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must;

·         Can work in English environment.
