Position: Controlling VCIC Support

Division: Finance

Location: Beijing

Scope, objective and relevance of position:

• V-Space running cost budgeting & controlling incl. cost allocation and charge back from all entities

• Company car controlling related topic

• Coordination on the Efficiency Program

• Optimization on the new digitalization projects and systems update incl.

• Support on the process improvement based on the recommendations of IA, ISO901 Audit and Monitor testing

Key Tasks:

Budget Planning & Management

• Planning annual budget for company fix overhead costs and company car costs so that to provide sufficient funding for business operation;

• Communication and cooperation with cost center owners to comprehend the budget requirement.

• Budgets must be reconciled between entities, divisions and cost centers.

• Budgets have to be broken down to the detail of cost elements per cost center.

• The cost/revenue budgets must be monitored. Frequent budget divisions analyses should be performed

Reporting

• Trinity report

• BI offline data

• Monthly investment report showing the actual investments of all divisions in comparison to budget. A total year’s forecast is also included.

• Monthly report with actuals and forecasts of fix overhead cost, initiate counter measures and recommend economic action plan to BU in case of deviation.

System Optimization

• Optimization on the new digitalization projects and systems update include BI regular testing, APON new change request, RPA and Other system

Process Optimization

• Support on the process improvement based on the recommendations of IA, ISO901 Audit and Monitor testing.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above

• At least 5 years working experience, 1 year experience in Finance area

• Proactive, independent, self-motivated working style

• Strategic and structural thinking

• Budget control capabilities

• Can treat information with the highest degree of confidentiality

• High proficiency in oral and written communications skills in English

• Capable of handling pressures, good time management, attention to details and well organized

• German is a plus
