Payroll Onsite – under CIIC

  

JOB OVERVIEW

  

Maintain payroll processing schedules and related tasks/events, ensure effective transition and coordination of processing events between the VF Payroll Team and CIIC.

  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Responsible for providing support to China Payroll leader in processing China payroll related activities, which include payroll data processing, individual income tax compliance and payroll-related benefits operations for over 2,500 staff in China. Ensure the payroll activities are processed by following regulations and policies, and deliver the payroll result timely and accurately.

• Responsible for efficient payroll reporting, and Support C&B and Finance team about reporting and data collection

• Responsible for office & retail staff attendance report.

• Work closely with CIIC payroll team to handle payroll related task

• Support on other ad-hoc assignments

REQUIREMENTS:

            

• 2+ years and above HR payroll and benefit experience in big company which process 2000+ people

• Good knowledge on China Individual Income Tax and social insurances

• Attention on details, service orientated and result driven

• Excellent Excel skills

• Good command of English
