工作职责：

1. 负责按国家及公司现金管理制度的规定，办理公司的现金银行收付、资金划转业务；

2. 负责收集和审核原始凭证，保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性；

3. 负责索取银行单据及对帐单，尽量查明单据内容，及时交给会计岗进行帐务处理；

4. 及时核对银行存款日记帐与银行对帐单，如有不符立即告知银行；

5. 负责登记现金、银行存款日记账并准确录入系统，按时编制银行存款余额调节表；

6. 负责记账凭证的编号、装订，保存、归档财务相关资料；

7. 负责保管现金、空白票据，及其他有价证券，并对有价证券进行登记造册；

8 .负责发票开具、认证、保管、抄报税及税款缴纳工作。

任职资格：

教育背景:

◆会计学、财务管理或相关专业大专以上学历。

培训经历:

◆受过会计学、财务管理、税务法规、财务办公软件等方面的培训。

经 验:

◆2年以上出纳岗位工作经验。

技能技巧:

◆了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务；

◆具有现金管理方面的知识，掌握现金管理制度和财务开支标准；

◆具有会计从业资格证书。

态 度:

◆为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真；

◆有较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力和良好的纪律性；

◆与公司价值观契合，并具有较高的职业操守。
