Summary:

概述：

Individual will manage customer relationship needs and develop new opportunities within the existing customer base. 

Meanwhile, he should Identify, manage, and pursue new opportunities outside the current customer base resulting in sal-es growth. 

Responsibilities:

主要职责：

• -Managing the existing customer
• Hunting, Prospecting and Selling for Friction Systems products, understand competitive business and market intelligence at the respective customer
• -Achieve sales targets
• -Price and contract negotiation  
• -Traveling to visit potential clients
• -Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• -Administering client AR
• -Customer support as required
• -Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• -Responsible for the communication of customer feedback to the organization
• -Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

工作要求：

-Bachelor degree, MS degree in automotive a plus  

-Knowledge of mechanics

-Knowledge of commercial business 

-Minimum of 3 years Automotive industry

-Experience in transmission industry a plus 

-Driving license a plus

-English, written and verbal

-Good communication skills

-Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Word, Excel etc.)

-Commercial knowledge & customer oriented manners

-Willing to travel a must
