1. Report directly to Head of IT.

2. Enhance, support and maintain systems, network and IT hardware to ensure optimum operational performance

3. Provide IT support to the branch within expected turnaround time.

4. Provide first-level of IT helpdesk support covering systems, network and desktops/laptops

5. Ensure issues are identified, reported, tracked and closed in a timely manner

6. Provide first-level application support in troubleshooting and escalation to vendor, where necessary

7. A recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information System or its equivalent

8. Highly result oriented and can work independently and also as a team

9. Good analytical, technical and communication skills
