JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

· Support sale team to growth the business by using the technical knowledge in textile field, especially for circular knitting process.

· Working with R&D and site TSO about trouble shooting in CK/D&F process to improve the quality of our product.

· Provide technical support to customers for problem solving.

· Conduct the prove-out test in mills to evaluate the new product and final commercialization for keeping our product as trade leader position.

· Convert the new technology in CK process.

· Work with key mills in N. and E. China to capture the new business opportunity by developing fabrics with new product and innovation platform, and to deliver the result.

· Support marketing team from technical part to promote the new concept in downstream customers.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

· 3-5 years mill (CK related) based working experience is required, familiar with fabric properties based on the market trend.

· General knowledge in D&F process.

· Good communication skill, team player

· Self-motivated, open mind

· Independent working capability

· Good English in oral and writing

· Be available to business travel over 50%

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS PREFERRED:

· 8 years+ mill based in knitting part, special in fabric development is preferred.

· Good knowledge of D&F process

· Strong ownership and initiative

· Working experience in multi-national companies is preferred
