1. Recruitment Scope:
? Searching for suitable candidates, CVs on various job boards/networks;
? Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media;
? Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work or willing to change;
? Maintaining good relationship with all employees and potential candidates;
? Meeting the recruiting targets set yearly;
? Receiving and reviewing applications, Identifying and holding interviews phone and / or physical with selected candidates and making proper qualification;
? Creating and sharing a shortlist of candidates for the business manager by issuing emails;
? Preparing CVs and Technical Resumes for sending it to the Clients;
? Filling information within Corporate systems (CRM, dashboard on XLS) ;
? Monthly reviewing potential candidates for updating their current employment situations and the willingness to open positions;

2. HR Other Functions Scope:
As HR team member, when necessary, you need to:
? Provide assistance to employees on company policies and relevant job information;
? Supporting HR Manager in administrative jobs, in-clude but not limit to mail delivery, stationary purchasing, collect time-sheet and expense claims of our employee when necessary, immigration procedures for expatriates (visas, work permit and residency permit) when necessary, translation of documents.

任职要求：
1. You must have
? At least 1 years' recruitment experience, headhunter or in-house HR;
? Strong interested in HR-Recruitment fuction;
? Strong interpersonal skills : good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active;
? Autonomous and challenge driving, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests with sincerity and integrity;
? Initiative and motivated to reach planned & ambitious goals.

2. You preferably have
? Bachelor Degree or equivalent
? Knowledge of Consulting organisation, as well as Oil&Gas and Energy industry
? Chinese as mother tongue with fluent English (mandatory), and preferably some French
