? Lead the Admin team to provide effective & excellent services to both business and operational team
? Continuously improve Adm processes & systems for efficiency;
? Control Adm function expenditure to ensure business support & cost effectiveness;
? Supervise or evaluate Admin related vendors to deliver qualified services with reasonable cost;
? Support HR on the implementation of Employee related events & activities
? Be responsible for the lease contract of the office & production facility and being the liaison between the land-lord and Comet China
? Liaison between the local law firm and Comet China on the service fee payment & general question inquiry
? Maintain the office &manufactory layout to meet business & operation’s requirements;
? Ensure office environment healthy & safe, and work with both operation & EHS team on EHS activities & pro-cesses in operation facility;
? Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

任职要求：
? College degree or above.
? Proficient English both in oral and written.
? Minimum 8 years working experience and 3 years of Adm & Facility function leader.
? Good at Microsoft Office such as Excel\Word\PPT.
? Environmental, Health and Safety related working experience is a plus.
? Abilities to lead the Admin & Facility team to provide effective and efficient services to both business and opera-tion team.
? Abilities to coach and ensure the team to embrace and apply Compliance in daily services and contact with ven-dors.
? Good interpersonal & communication skills, Strong sense of responsibility, Careful, Task & Customer oriented and teamwork spirit, proactive and professional
