Position Summary/职位概述:

Experienced to industrial design for laboratory or industrial products. Strong in appearance design and color rending. Have proven records of using design software e.g. 2D（PS，CD，AI）, 3D（ALIAS，PROE，RHINO）. Hands-on experience to conduct the appearance design, color rending, manufacture process alignment cooperating with mechanical engineers, and then output the design files.

需要在实验室产品或工业产品的ID设计方面经验丰富；具有较强的色彩搭配与造型设计把控能力，熟练使用设计软件2D（PS，CD，AI）、3D（ALIAS，PROE，RHINO）；具有实际的与结构工程师合作设计造型、搭配颜色、确定工艺，并最终输出设计文件的工作经验。

Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

1. Responsible for appearance research, concept design, and color rending.

   负责产品的外观研究、概念设计、色彩搭配；

2. Responsible for new process, new materials research and application, including the finish and color rending.

   负责新工艺新材料的开发和研究应用，颜色质感的搭配；

3. Manage the appearance style of products series, responsible for the user experience including the software / hardware application and interface design.

   负责产品系列的外观风格把控，负责产品体验的软硬件使用时的交互体验设计；

4. Cooperating with Mechanical engineers, confirm the shape, color, manufacture process and surface finish of the products, and output the files of models, CMF and drawings.

   与结构工程师配合，确定造型\色彩、生产、表面处理等工艺，并输出相应的模型文件、CMF文件、图纸等；

5. Follow up the process of development, manufacture and maintenance to gather the ID related issues, and then solve it cooperating with the team.

   跟踪并解决产品开发、生产、维护等过程中出现的工业设计相关问题；

6. Follow up the outline and mechanical design in the NPD team, and confirm the real effect of the ID in prototype and production stage.

   负责跟进设计过程中的外观，结构，生产阶段及样机的最终效果实现；

7. Consider and ensure the products designed for human-machine rationality, convenience and feasibility.

   保证产品设计的人机合理性，舒适性和可实现性；

8. Collect and sorting the ID cases and design documents, support the market and sales to generate more attractive features.

   梳理整合现有设计案例设计物料，为市场部门提供更多的素材。

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications/最低要求与资格:

1. Bachelor of Industrial Design related majors.

   工业设计相关专业本科以上学历；

2. Have 3~5 years working experience as ID related roles.

   具有3-5年工业设计相关工作经验；

3. Have professional education and knowledge of high-level aesthetics, product design, human-machine engineering and color matching. Have sensitive insight and innovation.

   有专业高等美术、产品设计理论、人机工程学和色彩搭配相关知识，有敏锐的洞察力与创新能力；

4. Master the skills of using the design software, such as 2D（PS, CD, AI）and 3D（ALIAS, PROE, RHINO）, able to complete the task of 3D models base on 2D drawing, strong at expression of hand-drawing and presentation.

   熟练使用2D（PS，CD，AI）、3D（ALIAS，PROE，RHINO）的设计软件和办公软件，能够轻松完成从2D到3D的建模，以及较强的手绘表达能力和呈现能力；

5. Familiar with the process of product development, have the knowledge of material, process, structure and manufacture.

   熟悉产品设计的开发流程，对材料，工艺，结构，生产等环节有一定的认知；

6. Enthusiasm in product design and analysis, need to be agile, logical and independent.

   对于设计研究、设计分析有一定的兴趣，思维敏捷，逻辑性强，善于独立思考；

7. Good language skills, and good teamwork spirit.

   具备一定的语言表达能力和沟通能力，具备团队合作意识。

   Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria/无协商聘用标准:

1. Must be able to travel within China or internationally on business trips when necessary.

   必须能接受必要的国际或者国内出差；

2. Must be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.

   必须能够独立、自发地工作，同时能够与团队合作；

3. Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate directly with customers and share technical information and provide documents.

   必须有较强的与客户进行口头和书面沟通的技巧，有分享技术信息和提供文件的能力；

4. Must possess strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and service customers in a timely manner.

   必须有较强的组织技巧，能在规定的时间内达成客户需求，及时提供所需的客户服务。

   Working Conditions/工作条件:

   Normal office environment, willing to travel when necessary

   正常办公环境，必要时能出差；
