岗位职责：

1. 新产品开发：

独立开展新品开发及旧品改良等产品管理相关工作，处理各环节的细节工作，按时上市及完成；

对产品的设计，包装，渠道，定价，上市等过程进行全程监控；

2. 产品生命周期管理；

对产品在不同阶段出现的问题进行记录并处理；

优化产品组合提升产品价值；

3. 预算参与：制定定品，产品线年度计划/区域预算及销售目标及推广总预算；

4. 协助企业和部门领导完成有关产品和其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，市场营销，设计类相关专业优先考虑；

2. 3年以上工作经历，有文创类产品工作经验的优先；产品以文具、玩具为主或家居；

3. 有已经成型并且在市场售卖产品输出经验，具备独立承担项目开发和产品管理经验；

4. 有IP合作跨界经验；

5. 对数据敏感，能够进行分析和总结。

6. 有国外留学经验优先考虑。

Long King was founded in 1975 in Taipei. Within 45 years, the company grew from a small-scale printing company into a leading professional colour printing manufacturer. In 1989, Long King established its printing design research center to conduct research and development into self-branding, printing and manufacturing processes.
