1. 为每个客户定制解决方案，维持与客户的良好关系。
2. 及时了解最新航空公司和海关要求。
3. 根据客户的要求（SOP）开发和维护当地的空运代理。
4. 及时并专业地回复客户和内部部门的询价。
5. 从外部客户和内部操作团队收集每周货量预报，从航空公司或代理商获取/谈判空运价格。
6. 确保所有相关空运货运资料的完整和准确。
7. 应对与仓库操作、报关、机场等相关的各类日常突发事件。
8. 监督航空公司或代理的绩效。根据需求生成相关操作数据和报告。确保绩效达标。
9. 如有需要，与海外代理和内部对口部门，监控目的地货物到达和运送的状态。
10. 对现有供应链绩效的开发和持续改进，根据客户的要求和公司的标准不断优化流程。
11. 完成经理布置的其它任务。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科或以上学历
2. 具有三年或以上的与空运/货代/物流/运输/外贸行业等有关的扎实知识和经验，同时具备空运、海运操作经验的更佳。
3. 熟练的Microsoft Office技能。
4. 良好的英语口语和书面写作能力。
5. 良好的沟通和个人交际技能等。
