职能描述：

• 负责公司新老客户的直接销售，完成销售指标；
• 通过电话、邮件或拜访等多种形式，寻找和开发新客户，主要涉及全国范围内汽车电子、工业控制、轨道交通、医疗器械、国防军工和航空航天等行业客户的软件研发和测试部门；
• 维护分配的现有客户，挖掘新的需求，提高客户满意度和业绩；
• 销售公司产品和方案，在指导下管理和跟进销售机会，包括产品推介、技术评估、商务洽谈、合同签订和回款等整个销售流程；
• 与其他部门协作，包括技术、商务和财务部门等，统一为客户提供专业的服务；
• 定期向主管详细汇报工作情况，并完成主管安排的其它相关工作；
• 参与和协助相关市场活动；
• 大约50%的出差

能力要求：

1. 具有1年以上计算机软硬件相关销售经验，或者2年以上C/C++软件研发经验；
2. 对软件开发或测试技术有大概的了解，有嵌入式软件研发经验者优先；
3. 本科或本科以上学历，计算机、自动化或数学等相关专业毕业；
4. 良好的英语读写能力，要求CET4；
5. 良好演讲能力和沟通能力；
6. 做事细心，能在多任务工作要求下有条理地处理好日常事务；
7. 能适应经常出差；
