The goal of the position is to support plant Manufacture Workshop production Planning.

What you will do:

你将要：1. Monthly and quarterly manufacturing workshop production planning and balance of workload with outsourcing.

制造车间季、月度生产策划以及与外协之间的生产负荷平衡。

2. Arrange manufacturing workshop monthly and weekly schedule，track project actual process ，coordinate various kinds of problems on site(drawings, work hour, process, communication, etc.)

制造车间月、周计划的编排，项目实际生产进度的跟踪，现场各种生产问题的协调处理（图纸、工时、工艺、现场沟通等），参与的车间考核管理。

3. Workshop new  business and process development

车间新产品与流程发展

4. Support line manager daily management

协助直线经理进行车间日常管理

5. Responsible for finishing other tasks assigned by superior leader                     负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

What should you bring along?

我们期望你：

1. Basic English skills, able to communicate in English in daily work.

能用英语进行基本的日常工作交流

2. Excellent computer skill

能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作"

3. College or above, majoring in Paper, Mechanical Engineering or other associate professionals                                                                            大专或以上学历，造纸、机械类或其他相关专业毕业

4. Three or above years experience in factory  planning                                  三年及以上工厂计划工作经验

5. Basic knowledge of HSE and 5S , be able to implement well

具备基本和必要的HSE和5S 知识，并能够较好地实施
