The candidate will be responsible as BD for the area described as Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherland, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland,)

Main Responsibilities:

1. To elaborate a network of companies and foreign investors interested in China from the area described as Central Europe.  

2. To introduce Financeren services to the network elaborated and turn them into leads and finally into customers.

3. To participate in all events organized where the target companies attend so to get a constant and fresh relation with the market assigned.

4. To conduct market survey, analysis, and marketing-related activities.

5. To manage key customers and promote long-term business cooperation and partnerships.

6. To coordinate with the Euro – Latam Desk Director in terms of the strategy and actions in order to get new customers and keep the existing.

7. To be the interface between the customer and the Financeren team assigned (Accountants, HR responsible, Tax personnel, Visas manager,…).

It is mandatory:

1. Native German and a good command of English.

2. Bachelor Degree, MBA is a plus.

It is required: 

1. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

2. At least 5 year experience on sales, marketing or business development.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
