The Role

1. Support NGA operation team to improve their working quality and efficiency with process improvement tools, methodology, and VBA automation capabilities.

2. Knowledge of program development life cycle and standard development procedure

3. Works closely with the personnel in the operation to work out needs analysis, program design, project plan. Builds good working relationships during the process.

4. Effectively manage & maintain the existing IT Automation projects

5. Generate & maintain site quality & site dashboard reports

6. Maintain Site SharePoint structure

Skill & Experience

• At least 2 years proven experience in the field of process improvement and Quality Assurance in the Back Office or Third Party Outsourcing field
• 2 years’ experience of application development, familiar with VB, .NET, SQL, Oracle, etc.
• Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience in SharePoint
• Proven communication skills and command of the English language
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work as an individual contributor or as a team member
• Preferably with Six Sigma, Kaizen or other process improvement background
•  Good analysis and reporting skills
