Position Summary/职位概述:

Experienced to embedded software design and firmware design for laboratory equipment. Be able to conduct requirement analysis, board setup, coding, debug and integrate test for a product on his/her own. Have the ability to communicate with NPD and sourcing team to develop a software related solution to fulfill customer requirements. Familiar with software development process and revision release & management. Hands-on experience to analyze and resolve system issues in software aspects found on production lines cooperating with production, SCM and quality team.

要求在实验室产品的嵌入式软件设计以及固件设计方面经验丰富；能独立实施某一款产品的需求分析、架构搭建、代码编写、程序调试和系统测试等软件开发的一整套流程；能够与产品开发团队或者采购团队沟通并开发一套软件解决方案以满足客户需求；熟悉软件开发流程以及软件版本发布与管理的流程；在配合生产、供应链以及质量部门分析和解决生产线上发生的软件相关问题方面，有丰富的实践经验。

Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

1. Design and development of embedded software for laboratory products, for function like communication, control, sensing and interaction with human.

   为实验室产品设计和开发嵌入式软件，实现通讯、控制、传感以及人机交互；

2. Integrate fully into agile development process and roles and responsibilities, execute tasks defined in SW expertise according to business priorities.

   根据业务需要，整合敏捷开发流程、角色和责任，执行软件专业的相关工作；

3. Writing well structured, testable, efficient and maintainable code for each product.

   为各类产品编写结构好、易测试、效率高和易维护的软件代码；

4. Support NPD or sourcing team on customized interface, board startup, hardware validation and full system integration.

   支持新产品开发和采购团队提供定制化的界面、框架、硬件验证以及系统的整合；

5. Create and maintain software version, release software, and conduct the release note.

   编制和维护软件的版本，发布软件，并实施软件发布通告；

6. Design automatic testing script regarding to test case, then apply them regarding to different project requirements.

   根据测试用例设计自动测试脚本，然后根据项目要求实施测试；

7. Conduct the software tests and continuous integration, create documentation of software and products.

   实施软件测试与持续整合，编制软件以及产品的说明文件；

8. Discuss with internal /external customer about SW related specific solution for electronics modules & system, including function implementation and system interface.

   与内部或外部客户讨论软件相关的方案，实现电子模块或设备系统的功能与界面；

9. Analyze customer requirements，create and maintain related ports between equipment and feature, successfully integrate all SW modules, and quickly solve any issue during integration.

   分析客户需求，编写或维护设备与特性相关的接口，成功地整合各个模块，并快速解决整合过程中可能发现的问题。

   Minimum Requirements/Qualifications/最低要求与资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Software related major, or Electronics Engineering, Automatic Engineering.

   软件、电子工程或自动化本科以上学历；

2. Preferably minimum 3 years of related working experience for embedded software development/ maintenance, and firmware development / maintenance.

   3年以上实验室行业嵌入式软件开发与维护的经验，并有固件开发与维护的经验；

3. On-hand knowledge and experience on embedded system coding & debugging.

   有实际分析、解决嵌入式系统的软件代码编写和错误调试的相关经验；

4. Working experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

   有运用敏捷方法论开展工作的经验尤佳；

5. Skillful to cooperate with 3rd parties on tricky issues solving.

   熟悉与第三方合作解决一些比较难的软件问题的流程与方法；

6. Embedded-based software development and tuning skills are highly desired.

   嵌入式软件开发与调试的经验非常看重；

7. Excellent English writing skills.

   英语读写能力优秀

1. Must be able to travel within China or internationally on business trips when necessary.

   必须能接受必要的国际或者国内出差；

2. Must be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.

   必须能够独立、自发地工作，同时能够与团队合作；

3. Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate directly with customers and share technical information and provide documents.

   必须有较强的与客户进行口头和书面沟通的技巧，有分享技术信息和提供文件的能力；

4. Must possess strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and service customers in a timely manner.

   必须有较强的组织技巧，能在规定的时间内达成客户需求，及时提供所需的客户服务。

   Working Conditions/工作条件:

   Normal office environment, willing to travel when necessary

   正常办公环境，必要时能出差；
