Job description:

1. Based on the intention of the Client and the requirements of the company, assist superiors to carry out the preliminary design work such as the overall planning.

2. Complete the work from schematic design to design development as required.

3. Complete models and drawings at various stages, and assist superiors in developing sketches into reasonable detailed drawings;

4. Complete sub-project design work independently, such as masterplan, plan, elevation, etc .;

5. Assist the project team leader in preparing presentation documents, etc.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture-related majors (Master’s degree first), more than 1 year working experience in architectural design.

2. Possess good planning expertise, creativity, modeling ability, and animation knowledge.

3.Dedicated and detail-oriented, responsible, visionary, with strong organizational and communication skills.

4. Able to cope well with work pressure.

5. Solid professional knowledge, and proficient in design related software.

6. Speaking / Understanding Chinese will be a plus.

上海锋思城界建筑设计研究院有限公司具备建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级资质。可承担建筑装饰工程设计、建筑幕墙工程设计、轻钢结构工程设计、建筑智能化系统设计、照明工程设计和消防设施工程设计相应范围的甲级专项工程设计业务。可从事资质证书许可范围内相应的建设工程总承包业务以及项目管理和相关的技术与管理服务。
