工作职责：
参与咨询项目的前期顾问工作
协助制定销售、租赁项目的整体推广方案和计划,包括项目的定位
负责系统数据库的维护和更新

  

  

Responsibility：

  

Participate in the consultancy work for corresponding projects

  

Help prepare the marketing scheme, including positioning planning for projects

  

Take the responsibility of maintaining and updating the information database

  

  

  

要求：
两至五年房地产市场研究或项目策划经验
良好的文字表达能力和团队合作精神
富有上进心和积极进取、认真负责的工作态度
流利的英语表达能力和书写能力
大学本科以上学历（房地产、土木工程、经济学等相关专业优先）

  

  

Requirement：

  

Minimum 2-5 years' relevant working experience in market research or marketing consultancy in real estate industry.

  

Excellent writings and teamwork spirit

  

Aggressive, hard-working with initiation attitude

  

Strong bilingual language skills. Fluency in Chinese; good command of English preferred.

  

Bachelor degree and above majoring in management of real estate and civil engineering or related disciplines;
