Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

? Assembly and test the sub units and product during development;

  样品开发期间，组件和总成的装配与测试

   a.Double check the component's are conform to requirement of the drawings before assembly;

      装配前观察零部件外观和配合部位尺寸是否符合图纸要求；     

   b.Follow assembly instruction, and make assembly recorrd report; videos or pictures for first product assembly is required;

      装配中遵照作业标准书的要求，采取正确的操作方法和流程进行装配，填写装配报告，对首套样件的装配流程必须提供影像资料；

   c.Record the problems that will effect the product or assembly process's quality during assembly, such as the problems are from design or manufacture or others;

     记录样件装配过程中发现的因设计、生产或其它原因造成装配工作质量、产品质量下降的缺陷或不合理;

   d.Collating problems and put forward suggestion to engineer;

      装配后归纳发现的问题，反馈不合理的要求，提出建议

   e.Save all record into system;

     所有记录保存到系统。

? Communicate ideas for improving design or processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others 

  以积极和建设性的态度交流有关设计或加工工艺改进的想法，和发展这样的态度给其他成员

? Report problems to the supervisor, find out the resolution with collegues and accept the ad hoc project assigned by the supervisor

  将工作中出现的任何问题及时向主管汇报，与相关同事共同讨论寻求解决问题的方案，并接受主管临时指派的任务

? Continuous improvement on working method, tools and fixtures.

  对自己所从事的工作、工位进行持续改进——工作方法，以及工具、夹具

? 协助零件和产品的物流，对内部流转的货物进行文字性的记录

? Implement 5S task everyday

  每天对岗位进行5S工作

?  maintain the tools and equipments

   设备和工具的维护保养

? Accept safety training periodiclly, wear protective equipment and strictly obey with the safety policy

  定期接受安全教育，正确佩戴个人防护装备，并严格遵守安全规章制度

? Other ad hoc project

  完成领导临时交办的其他任务

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world. OPT’s strong presence in existing markets gives us the ability to leverage these relationships with itsaxial flux motors and inverters increasing the platform value 2-3x over gearboxes alone. OPT is exceptionally well positioned to capitalize on the movement to electromechanicalfor both on and off-highway application.
