岗位职责：

1、通过展会、网络等平台拓展海外市场，收集客户信息；

2、开展外贸业务，开发新客户、维护现有客户，处理客诉问题；

3、询盘回复、产品介绍，并定期向客户推荐新产品；

4、接待来访国内外客户，跟客户进行沟通交流，建立良好的长期合作关系。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、英语及相关专业；

2、熟悉贸易进出口业务的操作流程及相关法律法规，具备扎实的外贸专业知识；

3、英语四级（优秀的听、说、读、写能力）；

4、熟练应用OFFICE办公软件；

5、良好的沟通技巧和销售能力，做事认真、细心，责任心强。
