1- Organize, plan and provide curative and preventive maintenance, the tuning, maintenance and upgrade of production equipment programming 组织、计划和提供有效性和预防性维护、调试、维护和升级生产设备的规划

- Coordinate his/her work based on production and priorities (in the event of simultaneous failure)

- Prepare a preventive maintenance schedule and keep it up to date

- Order spare parts necessary for maintenance operations

- Check that machines operate correctly during production and carry out maintenance as required

- Keep an electronic record of maintenance performed on production to ensure traceability of maintenance

operations

- Coordinate and/or perform periodic diagnostic checks

- Monitor and launch corrective actions after performing periodic diagnostic checks (manufacturer or internal)

- Contribute to spare parts management (procurement/receiving/inspection/storage/management rules and

- Update the documents necessary for his/her tasks

- Use and update the CMMS on a daily basis and analyze maintenance performance (breakdown time, response time for preventive, curative and improvement operations)

- Communicate all information related to his/her field of activity, necessary for other departments in the company

- Suggest the use of external service providers

- Select external providers and plan their operations after approval by the maintenance manager

- Organize the maintenance and approve the improvements carried out by external companies

7 - Manage his/her activity 管理自己的工作

- Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the tasks of maintenance technicians in a coherent manner

- Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity, implement corrective actions if necessary and inform his/her teams of them 监控工作的绩效指标,必要时实施纠正措施并通知工作团队

- Propose the development of the skills of maintenance technicians and propose individual and/or group training actions that are necessary to maintain the performance levels of activities, in collaboration with his/her manager

- Give a report of his/her activity to his/her manager and remain informed about the guidelines of the site

Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements.

Decide to cease any processes that are identified as being dangerous and detrimental to the safety of persons or to property, and in the event of current or imminent serious incidents or environmental disasters

Make sure that instructions regarding safety and environmental protection are followed by staff and by subcontractors

任职资格：

1. 维修主管/工程师同等岗位3年以上相关工作经验；

2. 具有汽车零部件行业注塑设备、及其辅助设备的相关维修和管理经验；

3. 具有较强的现场排除故障的实战经验；

4. 熟悉设备维修各项相关指标；

5. 具有一定的成本意识；

6. 具有较强的工作热情和责任心。
