招聘职位： RF PA FAE (Field Application Engineering)

Location: Shanghai / Shenzhen / Xi’An

职位描述：

To be responsible for the design of RF PA in key mobile phone platform as well as in actual projects at various mobile phone customers. To liaise with internal technology functions and external groups including R&D, Product Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Product Engineering, to ensure an optimized and cost effective design to be verified and designed in at various end customers.

1.Design / develop / debug evaluation board as well as end customer’s form factor boards, including evaluating appropriate interface with RF transceiver

2.Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB design per key mobile phone platform suppliers’ roadmap migration

3.Support the definition and verification of new mobile phone RF PA specifications together with R&D and product marketing team

4. Board level RF circuit debug, functional test and performance assessment with relevant optimization

5.Propose & develop advanced power amplifier technology & circuits for the future wireless communications

职位要求：

MS or above in EE, telecommunication or related areas, 3+ years of direct working experience in RF power amplifier in mobile

1. Bench experience of power amplifier characterization with various modulation signals is required

2. Being familiar with the RF subsystem in mobile.

3. Skilled experience in using any popular RF instruments, the experience of using automation test SW tools is a big benefit

4. Good RF layout design skills, familiar with popular layout tools

5. Have a solid understanding of modern wireless standards (WCDMA, 3GPP, LTE, Wi-Fi) and their requirements within power amplifiers.

6. GaAs HBT based power amplifier experience is a plus

7. Knowledge of EMC/EMI design and good understanding of digital electronics are preferred

8. Have a pro-active attitude, open minded, willing to collect and share information to solve problemsr.
