岗位职责 Job Responsibility:

• Responsible to HR full function role to develop and implement human resources strategy including talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, training program, performance management, talent development, employee engagement & retention, and internal communication work.
• Active involvement in translating the business plan into recruitment strategy and therefore responsible for employee attraction and workforce planning activities.
• Coordinate and develop the leadership team in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions and performance reviews
• Maintain current recruitment channels and expand headhunting companies.
• Prepare the budget of human resources planning.
• Internal training & external training planning and implementation including budget/vendor/implementation management.
• Help determine and develop career paths and personal development options for all employees.
• Performance management and monthly performance result calculation;
• C&B management including payroll, social insurance & house fund handling and so on;
• Administration work management and IT management;
• Other project work following up;
• Other work designated and arranged by CEO;

- Bachelor degree related or above；

- No limit on major but English, Psychology major and related；

- FMCG, retail, chain sores related industry is preferred;

- Serving for E-commerce company background is a plus;

- Above 7-8 years in HR field, more than 3 years of HR management role;

- Excellent English ability both in written an oral, CET 4 certificate is required;

- Great interpersonal skills

- Strong written, presentation, and communication skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving capabilities

- Sense of ownership and pride in the performance impact on company’s success.

- Creative and strong inner-force-driven

- High sense of responsibility and ambitious
