销售行政
Sales admin
岗位职责:
1、订单执行及跟踪:使用内部U8系统下订单 (合同审查 订单),并按确认的合同交付,协助财务跟踪 应收账款
Order fulfilment & follow-up: placing order using internal system U8, (contract review for MTO order), delivery, and support AR for payment if necessary
2、维护ERP 系统,及时更新最新的生产日期和出货日期
Maintain ERP data and updated with latest production date and delivery date.
3、处理协调公司内部各部门生产、采购、质检、工程,仓库及物流部门事宜
Deal with internal communication with Production, Purchasing, QC, NPI, Warehouse & Logistics departments in English and Chinese
4、跟踪销售计划, 未结订单数量,每周与相关部门审查及确认交付计划和生产计划
Follow up sales planning, Open PO Qty, daily call-off; PFU, First Pass Yield, weekly review delivery plan and TC production plan with production, purchasing depts. etc.
5、根据NPI的准备工作信息,分析产品需要准备的时间,并把这一信息及时给到法国客户。作为对外交流窗口,确保与客户良好的联系及沟通
Prepare the Gantt Supply Chain document during NPI Phase to analyze longest lead time parts and clearly inform French Customer .Service Act as main window contact of the key accounts and Ensure a strong relationship with his/her clients
6、提供月度总结报告,包括佣金计算,模具开发订单跟踪, 客户满意度调查汇总,及年度和月度预测
Provide monthly summary reports including commission calculation, mold development order follow-up, service rate sum-up, forecast based on in-hands orders and customer knowledge.
7、Guarantee Forecast visibility long enough to plan mass production without issues
做好产品的预测工作,从小批量顺利过度到量产阶段。
8、安全库存管控: 根据在手订单,与生产及采购确认成品库存,半成品库存及安全库存
Guarantee security stock control (for finished parts, checking with planner together with purchasing for semi-finished parts, in-process (IQC) part stock Qty, supplier stock, and dead stock reporting
9、产品收益率统计:如有价格变动,及时更新给客户
Monitoring of product profitability: keep updated the product profitability calculation file, raise issue to top management, communicate updated price offer to customer
10、与客户及时沟通订单,预测,计划,交货周期,合同事宜
Provide daily or weekly PFU to French Customer Service . Communication for all customer enquiries concerning orders& forecast & planning, L/T& delivery, molds or complaints with the support of internal resources (PM, Production, Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse, Quality Control, etc.
11、客户维护及其它特殊要求处理:通过电话,邮件, 或者SKYPE与客户反馈,让客户满意
Manage appropriately communication and requests from customers via phone, Skype, email, face to face in English or Mandarin
岗位要求:
- 大专以上学历,英语等相关专业,college degree, Can use English as working language(speaking ,writing ,email… )
- 两年以上制造行业相关工作经验2+ years experiences in similar position in manufacturing industries
- 有外企工作经验优先in an international company, a plus
