岗位职责：

1. 负责公司EHSQ（环境、质量）管理体系的建立、运行与维护；

Establish and maintenance of EHSQ Management system for whole plant;

2. 负责收集和分解执行最新的国家、地方出台的环境、安全及质量相关的法律法规；

Collect and land the latest EHSQ relevant laws and regulations from national and local bureaus;

3. 负责组织相关部门对最新的法律法规进行公司内部分解执行和定期回顾；

Work together with relevant functions for internal review and landing of latest EHSQ laws and regulations;

4. 负责组织对全公司的安全环保工作进行检查和改进；

Organize the checking and improvement of EHS condition in whole plant;

5. 负责公司三废的日常监控、设备管理及外协处理单位的对接；

Daily monitor the status of wastes and relevant equipments, contact with the external partner for the wastes treatment;

6. 负责公司消防设施日常管理和检查工作；

Daily management and checking of firefighting devices;

7. 负责定期修订公司消防、应急等预案，定期组织各预案的演练活动；

Prepare and review the emergency plans and organize the practice regularly;

8. 负责公司员工、外来供应商及物流公司等合作伙伴的EHSQ相关培训指导和检查；

Train and check the staff, external suppliers and logistics partners for EHSQ requirement;

9. 建立和完善公司的风险评估、风险管理以及事故汇报、调查体系；

Establish the risk evaluation and management, accident report and investigation system;

10. 上级领导安排的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by superior.

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科或以上，化学或生物化学专业；

Bachelor degree or above preferably major in chemical or bio-chemical;

2. 至少2年以上安全环保工程师或质量工程师工作经验；

At least 2 years working experience as EHS Engineer or QA Engineer;

3. 接受过安全、环保及质量管理相关培训，持有注册安全工程师***；

Attended the training of EHS or Quality management, Qualified safety engineer is preferred;

4. 良好的计算机软件操作能力;

Good computer/Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and Word;

5. 具有良好的组织和计划能力。

Good organized and planning skill.
