工作概述：

加盟拓展总监负责制订并实施龙格亲子游泳加盟业务整体计划，完成年度拓展（新签和续约）目标，建立并完善加盟运作体系，进一步规范化加盟业务，提升投资人对加盟业务的信心与能力。

主要职责：

1. 根据公司规划的长短期发展战略，结合加盟发展需求，制定落实加盟市场开发的策略及计划，不断推进加盟体系的发展需求
2. 开发拓展空白市场，信息分析，编写市场调研报告，对市场进行前瞻性预测
3. 根据加盟拓展计划，对重点城市商圈考察及商圈图输出、项目对接、意向客户拜访与接待、老店考察及投资人拜访、续约等
4. 指导和帮助加盟商完成开店前期准备工作，联合运营部合理建议运营配置准备；
5. 建立加盟指导运作体系、运营方案及标准，促进加盟商管理规范化、制度化；

任职要求：

1. 学士学位及以上学历;
2. 8年以上加盟业务经验；精通营销策划，熟悉加盟运营管理、招商加盟业务推广，具有优秀的业务谈判能力；
3. 具备丰富的加盟开发经验、熟悉加盟业务、商场条件，拥有丰富行业资源
4. 对人和组织敏感，具有卓越的人际交往和社会活动能力
