1. Data, Contract and Stamp Management (business trip is required); 

2. Work with Legal Team to provide company secretarial support for entities that are associated with the China business;

3. Payment management for daily operation;

4. Welcome and treat visitors in polite way;

5. Meeting arrangements and calendar management;

5. Other tasks assigned by Legal and Administration team
