1、文件信息化介绍,活动，优化；

2、组织过程所有者制定与修订管理体系文件，促进各过程在相关职能部门得到有效实施和保持；

Organize process owners write and revise processes and procedures,to promote the processes effective

3、支持各过程的交互，解决并协调流程文件在发布中的一些矛盾点；

Support process interactive, Resolve and coordinate some contradictory points in process

4、能独立主导内部体系审核和过程审核，编制审核报告；

Conduct internal system audit and process audit, make the audit report independently

5、辅导审核发现项所有者制定措施，并验证各种审核中发现项整改证据；

Consulating audit findings' owners to make action plan,and verify the evidence

6、对分公司体系的支持，如筹建新公司IATF16949，组织IATF16949内审、过程审核等；

Support of Branch System,such as preparing for the new company IATF16949 & leading IATF16949 or VDA6.3 audit.

7、负责筹备资料应对集团审核、主机厂客户（上海大众、上海汽车等）的二方审核和认证公司的第三方审核；

Responsible for the preparation of data to deal with OEM customers (SVW, SMC) two party audit and the third party audit

8、安排管理评审；

Arrange management review

9、分层审核介绍，活动，优化；

LPA  introduction,activities,alive

10、建立并维护公司体系审核员团队和过程审核员团队；

Establish and maintain company system auditor team and process auditor team

11、完成领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求/ Job Requirements

1、本科或以上，机械相关专业

Bachelor Degree above,major in automotive, mechanical engineering or related

2、熟悉IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO9011, LPA

Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO9011, LPA

3、3年以上相关汽车行业工作经验

3 ys+ releated working experience in automobile industry

4、熟练Excel,Word,PPT

5、英语流利

Fluent in oral and written english

6、良好的语言沟通能力与协调能力及团队合作精神，工作积极主动，以结果为导向，抗压能力强并能及时完成上级领导布置的任务
