 文控岗位职责：

1)     负责公司体系文件的管理（体系文件、表格样式、技术文件、图纸、外来文件、重要设备

2)     文件、检测文件、记录文件等以及上级主管要求的文件）；

3)     负责按照相关程序要求对文件进行分发、收回、销毁、保存等工作；

4)     协助各部门管理人员的文件管理知识培训；

5)     负责周期性清查公司各岗位使用的文件是否恰当和有效；

6)     负责并协助与质量管理体系有关的所有审核；

7)     参与质量管理体系的维护、内审以及有关的数据分析等工作

8)     完成上级管理员安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1）中专及以上学历或有相关工作经验；

2）熟练运用办公操作软件，书面表达能力强；

3）有文件管理知识、对档案管理熟悉，熟悉计量器具相关知识；

4）沟通协调能力强，有责任心，积极好学；
