1、带领小组成员完成KPI指标

2、完成日、周、月报表及数据统计：

3、负责客户订单交期跟踪、出运安排及相关单证制作。

4、组织做好业务部的客户售前、售后服务。

5、监督指导小组成员完成客户订单出运。

6、组织做好部门内部与客户的内外沟通、协调，及时传达信息。

7、负责小组船务的日常工作安排，解决异常问题。

8、执行本部门的其他工作安排 

 

任职要求： 

1、大专以上学历，有物流操作相关经验优先； 

2、英语四级以上，读写熟练； 

3、具有外贸进出口物流、国际货代操作工作经验，熟悉相关物流操作流程；

4、工作严谨，责任心强，诚信，细致，有较强的团队合作意识； 

5、熟练运用办公软件及物流ERP软件。

6、沟通能力好，反应快，能快速解决异常问题
