KEY STAKEHOLDER: Supplier in China, Buyer, sourcers in HQ Denmark, Merchandiser and Logistic department in SHA and HQ Denmark

You will become part of a creative and experienced team, that purchases goods for Flying Tiger Copenhagen's many stores worldwide. You will work in an informal environment characterized by speed over the field, imagination, good ideas and high professionalism。

About the job

As a procurement/logistic assistant, you will be involved establishing master data and entering orders, and several phases of the procurement process, including obtaining approval tests. It is also you who follow up on whether the goods arrive on time, by follow the shipping documents and if delays or other challenges arise, you will find a solution in close cooperation with our Logistics team. At peak times, we help each other across the various purchasing teams - we see ourselves as a large family, and the most important thing is to achieve goals with a good result.

About you

    

To thrive in the style you must be independent, responsible and good at juggling the famous balls in the air.

    

You are the detail owner and have a good understanding of the system, and then you should be friends with Excel , Dynamics AX and PowerPoint

    

We are busy, it is therefore important that you can keep calm and overview - even when the inbox grows.

    

We work in an international environment, so you must be able to commit yourself in English both orally and in writing.

    

We imagine that you have a background as an office/buying assistant or similar. You do not have to have experience with purchasing if you have a good understanding of the product and love our brand.

Qualification:

1. Relevant buying & merchandising education/experience 
2. Min. 2 years relevant work experience from a support office or similar department
3. Proficient in English both oral and written and a strong communicator
4. Commercial mind-set and understanding of European business and sales
5. Detail oriented and ability to act like a merchant
6. Interest in Flying Tiger products and thorough understanding of the Flying Tiger concept
7. Fantastic time management skills and able to prioritize work. Ability to multitask and keep extremely organized.
8. Problem solving is a must
9. Bachelor's degree
