Position Summary

The intern will mainly assist HR Learning & Development team in various staff training and development programs preparation and implementation. Occasionally this intern will also help with other teams on projects if needed.

Responsibilities

Provide logistics support for different training sessions and events, including but not limited to posters and other materials designing, documentation preparation, and onsite activities support; 

Assist in training and event materials purchasing and coordinate with internal staff and outside vendors when needed;

Assist in conducting training feedback and data consolidation;

Contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualification
Required Education

Current student in undergraduate or master’s program, with certain work/internship experience in human resources highly preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;

Good problem-solving and attention to details and process; 

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in a cross-cultural environment;

Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other computer software;

Basic knowledge and skills of design and/or video editing software are highly desirable;

A positive attitude towards work with high professional integrity, honesty and trust;

Can work 2-3 days a week for at least 3-4 months.
